Individual lessons to cover grammar (basic and advanced), readings, conversation.

Conversation classes (maximum 4 students) to hone one's skills in communicating and to increase one's vocabulary. You may wish to participate in either a 2-hour real life conversation with other students AT YOUR LEVEL or in an immersion class of 4 or more hours revolving around a real "pranzo" (expertly prepared by my wife, Annamaria). Your conversation skills will be refined as you profit from others' skills while your mind will get used to thinking in Italian (and your stomach will be rewarded accordingly).

Opera singers - (students and professionals).
Diction and role interpretation. A direct approach to proper diction taught by an Italian who has heard opera since he was in the cradle! My aunt, a coloratura soprano of the late 30's - early 40's, sang at "La Scala" of Milan with Beniamino Gigli and Tito Schipa as well as with a young Mario Del Monaco. I myself enjoy being a "supernumerary" at the Metropolitan Opera House in New York and I am proud of having some of the members of that famous company as my students.
